Zwicker Lichtkunst

Linear precison lasers were positioned in a way, that, in the dark, the water level of the Weißeritz of August 12th 2002 is marked as a horizontal red line of 50 meters length on vegetation and housing. The dimension of this natural disaster is shown to the beholder quite plainly.
