At this historic location, two glass portals in the dimensions of the former sea gate are to be erected and be filled with water completely. Below the glass floor panel powerful spotlights are going to be installed, that will give the two basins a miysterious appearance, especially in the dark. Water and light are the elements, that allowed life to evolve. They symbolize clarity, hope and farsightedness.
