Building of Medical Research, Tübingen
On May 19, the light installation SCALA was put into operation alongside the induction of the new Building of Medical Research, Tübingen. This „art in construction“ project is situated at the glass facades of two frontal staircases.
Light installation at Zgorzelec
In commission of the Office of the Capital of Culture, Görlitz/Zgorzelec 2010, a light installation, using profiled spotlights, was set up as part of the exhibition „Under the Green Cupola“ (June 2-September 19 2004) in the Dom Kultury, Zgorzelec.
Temporary light installation/projection at St. Marien, Pirna
As a result of an art in construction competition of the church St. Marien in Pirna, a projecting installation is going to be installed during the reconstruction process (March-October 2004).
Exhibition "LICHTWERK" („light works“)
On November 14 2003, the exhibition Arend Zwicker: „LICHTWERK“ was opened up at >Licht-in-Form<, Wilhelm-Frank-Str. 19, Dresden. Genuine designs, functioning models, photographies and other documents of various light-at-construction projects were displayed.
Light installation at the University of Music and Theatre, Leipzig
On October 21 2003, the stationary light installation „A luminal Instrument“ was turned over to the University of Music and Theatre, Leipzig. During the induction, the „Serenade for 72 spotlights and 12 3/4 columns“ was premiered.
