The design of the bakery building with associated sales area visualizes the close connection between modern technology and traditional craftsmanship. In the bakery, organic ingredients are processed with high craftsmanship. The sales room is paneled with dark wood and is equipped with large display windows, which are interrupted by backlit light boxes with golden pictures of ears.
