In the square glass facade of the courtyard, a circle, a few centimeters wide and with a diameter the size of the building, is going to be etched in. Across from the facade, amounting to the center of the square, a laser module will project a spot of light onto the etched circle. The laser is programmed in a way, that the spot of light revolves around the circle once within 12 hours. This installation only communicates optically by displaying the point of time. Its meaning is explained by the ambivalence of light and time.
