The human sensors 'eye and ear' should be installed using a digital camera above the river at the institut for sensor technology. The video installation recieves the variety of images and sounds of the river with its daily and seasonal changes and transmits the signal in real time to a plasma screen in the foyer of the new building of the 'Kurt-Schwabe-Institut'.
